Premier dentists (182,000 locations in all) include three out of four dentists nationwide. They are network dentists who agree to accept a maximum allowance designated by Delta Dental. However, Premier dentists do not accept the Maximum Plan Allowance under this plan as the full charge for covered services. You pay the difference between the Premier allowed amount and the Maximum Plan Allowance under this plan. Your Premier dentist will handle all the paperwork and bill you for any such difference.
