Customized benefits video for enrollees
Delta Dental’s customized video explains how the plan works, who is eligible and plan details such as the copayment percentages, deductibles and annual maximum. Enrollees also learn about services that are available on Delta’s web site and other useful information to make the most of their dental benefits.
The videos are available on CD, DVD or VHS format. A customized video takes about two weeks to complete. This service is free for the first few copies; volume orders may be charged back to the client.
