Delta Dental names Frazier Sherrill sales director for Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi

Alpharetta, Ga — Delta Dental Insurance Company has promoted Frazier Sherrill to head up the company’s sales offices in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi.

Since joining Delta Dental in 1993, Sherrill has ranked consistently among the top-selling sales executives, leading the company in total sales in 1996. He was primarily responsible for building the sales territory in Alabama and Mississippi, which now generates more than $26 million in annual revenue. His many sales successes led to an induction in the National Delta Dental Hall of Fame for sales of national accounts. He also received the John Galloway award for long-term service to the Alabama Association of Health Underwriters.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Sherrill excelled in the insurance arena with companies such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Lincoln National Life and Provident Life and Accident.

Sherrill is a graduate of Auburn University, where he received a B.A. in Sociology.

Delta Dental Insurance Company covers more than 1.1 million enrollees in 10 states and is part of a nonprofit holding company formed with parent company Delta Dental of California, Delta Dental of Pennsylvania and their affiliates. The holding company collectively covers nearly 20 million people in 16 states and the District of Columbia.
