Our PPO programs (offered as a dental provider organization, or DPO in Texas) offer an attractive range of plan designs with different options for plan maximums and out-of-network claims reimbursement. Our prepaid programs offer a broad choice of covered procedures at reasonable copayment amounts to fit any budget.

PPO programs

Delta Dental Insurance Company’s small business program offers Delta Dental PPO plan designs to meet every employer’s needs in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Louisiana, as well as DPO plans in Texas. These plans allow enrollees to visit any licensed dentist, anywhere in the world. Enrollees who visit a Delta dentist can also relax knowing that Delta dentists will file all claims and accept payment directly from Delta Dental.

The nationwide Delta Dental system affords our small business clients and their employees access to the Delta Dental PPO network (DPO network in Texas) and the Delta Dental Premier network, which are among the largest networks in the U.S. Four of every five dentists in the U.S. are contracting Delta Dentists, with more than 86,000 PPO dentist locations and more than 160,000 Delta Dental Premier dentist locations nationwide.

Prepaid programs

DeltaCare USA is a prepaid plan offered in Florida, Georgia and Texas that offers plan designs tailored to our small business program. With DeltaCare USA, business enjoy higher cost controls, while still providing employees with comprehensive dental benefits through an established network. DeltaCare does not have annual deductibles or maximums on general services, and provides established and affordable copayments for services performed by the primary care dentist.

DeltaCare USA enrollees have access to a large network of contracting dentists — more than 2,806 contracting dentists in 1,504 office locations in Delta Dental's small business program service area.
